Shipping Policy

Your order will be packed in a sturdy cardboard box and ship using UPS. If the item is in stock it will ship within 2 days, if it's made to order it will take about 2-3 weeks. In packing, we strive to use eco friendly packing materials (recycled, repurposed and cornstarch peanuts).

We try to charge you a very fair price for shipping but it's not free. We constantly tweak the shipping and handling charges to make sure you don't have to pay too much but we're getting paid for all our packing time!

If your item is damaged in shipping please let us know within 10 days of receiving it. We will replace or refund your purchase. If it's a lamp that can be fixed here we'll arrange for a pick up. If your order was made to order and is not damaged it is not returnable.
